AFTER YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, YOU’LL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. OUR COURIER PARTNER WILL ATTEMPT PICKUP WITHIN 24–48 HOURS, WITH UP TO TWO PICKUP ATTEMPTS. IF THE PICKUP FAILS, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
NOTE: REVERSE PICKUPS ARE SUBJECT TO SERVICE AVAILABILITY IN YOUR AREA.

QUALITY CHECK & PROCESSING
RETURNED ITEMS WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY INSPECTION AT OUR WAREHOUSE. ONCE APPROVED, WE WILL PROCEED WITH YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.

APPROVED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.

SIZE EXCHANGE & AVAILABILITY
IF THE REQUESTED SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE ITEM OR ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE THAT CAN BE USED FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASE.

REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT AFTER THE RETURNED ITEM PASSES OUR QUALITY CHECK. YOU WILL RECEIVE THIS CREDIT NOTE VIA EMAIL.
